Reminder to All Senior parents that you are invited to the Career Discovery Event Presented by Bank of North Dakota held in the Multi Purpose Room on Monday Oct. 24th. They are presenting on topics that will help your students as they transition to life after High School. Students will receive gifts as well as classroom incentives with your attendance. The Grizzlies cross country team had a great day at Regionals today! The boys placed 15th and the girls 7th.

The River Watch team attended the River Watch Fall Kickoff in East Grand Forks. Students paddled down the Red Lake River in 10 person canoes . In addition, students were presented with this year’s water quality project challenge.
Congratulations to Mr. Rocky Fredericksen, recipient of the 2022 ND Association of Technology Leaders Teacher of the Year award! Mr. Fredericksen teaches robotics & IT classes and is our Technology Coordinator. This is the second honor from NDATL as Rocky was the 2016 small school Technology Leader of the Year winner. North Dakota Studies high school students went to the Icelandic State Park Heritage Center last week to further their understanding of North Dakota history. Thank you to our wise tour guide Emily for leading us in this great learning experience!

Congratulations to the volleyball team on being the Enderlin Champions in the Lisbon-Enderlin Tournament. Despite losing against the Lisbon champions, the Tornadoes had a great day overall. Shout out to #4 Tia Jensen for earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team.

Mrs. Hay's second graders had a science lesson about engineering. Engineering requires a person to ask questions, make a plan, create, and test it. Some of them quickly found out this isn't always easy. I think it's safe to say they liked being an engineer. Building is fun!
