Cavalier Public School is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a significant grant of $81,500 to fund the development and expansion of our Lego Robotics, Esports programs, and technology needs for our new CTE programs.. This generous grant will provide our middle school and high school students with exciting new opportunities to engage in innovative and educational activities.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Lizzie Crowston, whose dedication and expertise in writing the grant application made this achievement possible. Her efforts have opened up new avenues for our students to explore and excel in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and digital competitive fields.
In addition to this exciting news, we are proud to announce our partnership with the University of North Dakota (UND) College of Engineering and Mines. This collaboration will provide our students with unique access to resources, mentorship, and expertise from one of the leading engineering programs in the region.
The introduction of these programs aims to inspire and motivate students, providing them with hands-on learning experiences that blend fun and education. Lego Robotics will encourage problem-solving, teamwork, and engineering skills, while the Esports program will promote strategic thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy.
